New plan:

Everyone meets at Bucknell Hall as planned at 7pm on Monday, November 14th. Once ppl get there, split them into groups based on the following:

1) family, and friends who have traveled
2) ppl who consider themselves to be close friends of Meg
3) everyone else

Maybe have a sign inside the hall directing them to sit in different spots so that this will be easier (family etc on stage, close friends on left, others on right…)

The plan will be to leave BU hall and head to the steps by the gateways. Every other member of group one will have a candle, and the other will have a handful of flower petals. Every member of group 1 will go to the top of the stairs, with Jim.

Every other member of group 2 will also have flower and candles (respectively), and they will begin to line the stairs, one person on each step, from top down to bottom. Steps will alternate by candle-flower-candle on right side from top, and flower-candle-flower from left top side.

The same will go with group 3, and when we run out of steps they will begin to line a pathway from the parking lot to the stairs until we run out of ppl.

This all needs to happen by 720, and candles should begin to be lit by 725, including the ones at the top with group 1 in a semicircle behind Jim (I will be telling everyone to bring a lighter if they can, this should go fast)

Plan 1:

To get meg there (#1): I will be parking my car illegally in a handicap spot in the gateways, and with enough ppl this should theoretically be the spot where the path of ppl ends. I will be asking meg to go move my car with me, because I don’t want to walk alone. Upon arriving at the car, MEGS PARENTS AND MAL should get out (hopefully scaring meggy, lol) and should say only “Meg, please come with us”.

To get meg there (#2): Mal will call meg saying that I tripped down the stairs at the gateways and need help walking- not to be too worried, because she’s already called her serve friends, but Jess said that she wanted Mal to call meg because she couldn’t get through- could meg meet mal at her room and head over from there…. Same plan to the car but meg’s parents and jess will be there instead.

FINISHING: As meg and her parents and jess and mal walk up the path of ppl, everyone with flower petals will throw them down one step ahead of meg, and as the group passes, will file in a good 2 feet behind them to begin to fill the space on the steps. Meg will continue all the way up the stairs to Jim…then group 1’s flowers go down…and its all him!!
